RICC stands for Renovation & Integrated Construction Collective.
Why are we a collective? We provide a complete offering by integrating the three key services: Build, Project Management and Interior Design.
Project Management: Efficient turn-key management of your entire renovation, knock-down rebuild, or addition/extension.
Interior Design: Creating beautiful spaces with function and form, no detail left untouched.

SO HOW DID RICC COME TO BE?
RICC was formed in February 2020 by a dynamic duo: Catherine Hyde of The Space Agent, and seasoned builder Chris Harrison from Fx Projex Building Solutions. The two businesses had worked seamlessly together for years.
Rewind 5-years, and during the renovation of her own home, whilst working part- time and juggling 3 year-old twins, Catherine quickly realised there was so much that sat outside of the builder, and felt constantly in a spin with needing to make rushed decisions and spending endless hours sourcing PC items (tiles, tapware, fixtures and fittings) for the builder.
The realisation of great communication, good-old customer service and someone to guide you through the renovation process didn’t really exist. Therefore, following Catherine’s first-hand experience and the recognition of the cavernous gap in the building industry, she quickly realised what she needed to do.
By bridging the gap between the homeowner and the builder, The Space Agent managed the entire process for busy families, providing a complete hand-hold approach and single point of contact across build and renovation projects. The critical services of project management and interior design for build & renovation projects were met, plus providing key support and guidance across preliminary phase services (during the design phase and approvals, pre-construction)
Following 3-years of Catherine and Chris working side-by-side with multiple build projects together, the inseparable pair decided to officially join forces to offer a complete one-stop-shop for clients who are looking to build or renovate...and they haven’t looked back since.
Based in Belrose, within the Northern Beaches of New South Wales, RICC works all over Sydney including Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore and Greater Sydney. RICC focuses on providing a stress-free solution for busy homeowners who want to renovate, remodel or build their home. Their winning idea is simple: provide an expert, single point of contact for time poor people and busy working families to streamline build, interior design and project management services.
