We don’t just sit in the office, your Project Manager is regularly onsite overseeing the works and getting their hands dirty with the construction team and contractors. 

Sometimes hurdles are met, or designs are altered slightly, so communication is key to ensure there are no surprises! The project manager then oversees any design changes are rolled out effectively.

• Overseeing any required approval processes across DA, CDC, Section 96 (modification), CC and OC

• Coordinating all parties including builders, architects, trades, contractors, consultants and local authorities

• All client communications – single point of contact

• Budget and timeline management

• Quality Control
