Catherine is a creative leader: bringing together meticulous project management with an incredible eye for interior design is a unique combination. After renovating her own home with twin kids under five, Catherine wanted to share her skills and knowledge with others. Making the leap from boardrooms to construction sites to solve these common challenges for homeowners.
When Cat's not solving the challenges of builds and renovations - you can find her at a live gig, hanging with hubby and the kids, or exercising with her dog in fabulous activewear…and let’s not forget her love for a beer with her bestie Chris.

CHRIS
DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Chris is a builder. He builds things. He's always built things. With a genuine interest in solving complex construction challenges, construction has been Chris' passion for the past 10 years.
Keeping active, when he's not onsite Chris is playing soccer, snowboarding or racing his car. Not all at the same time.
A family man, Chris is also building a family.

ERICA
PROJECT MANAGER
From rugby league to renovations, Erica tackles all her passions with both hands. With 20 years in the sporting industry as an events and project manager, she knows how to command any field.
When she’s not on site, Erica is hanging out at the local skatepark, husband and kids in tow. When she’s had enough it’s time for rosé and cheese platters (made up the next day with enough fitness to keep it guilt-free).

LEAH
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Interior design has been a journey for Leah: after building foundational skills as a teacher in Design & Technology, today she has a Diploma of Interior Design & Decoration and seeks to bring the personal tastes of the homeowner into the style of each project.
An outdoors person at heart, you can find Leah at the beach, climbing or braving the snow in winter. Will also murder a dancefloor given the opportunity.

EMILY
INTERIOR STYLIST
& PROJECT MANAGER
After a long career in arts fundraising, sponsorship & events, Emily decided to follow her passion for interior design. Since childhood she fostered this love for redecoration as she constantly changed the layout of her bedroom.
Outside of work, Emily loves sports, doing arts & crafts with her children and running with her dog. She is a devout plant lover and has recently learned to play the guitar while also refreshing her knitting skills.

Passionate about designing homes for actually 'living' in Elise made the move to RICC from event management and recruitment after completing a major layout change in her own home. Elise realised her drive to aid others in designing homes for their families that are beautiful and functional. Outside of work Elise loves nothing more than catching up with family & friends for good food, good wine & good music!

LEADING HAND
Who needs a leading man when you’ve got a leading hand? A builder since the wonder years, Brandon today traded Lego for timber as a carpenter.

DAN
CARPENTER
Daniel was a landscaper who decided to move into carpentry. Plane and simple. When Daniel isn’t on site making terrible jokes like that he’s playing soccer and footy.

CARPENTER
One thing led to another for Mark, and after labouring ended up a carpenter. When wood isn't in his hand he's holding his fishing pole or at the pub with mates.
